Simon Erich is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned agency leader with over three decades of experience in design, user experience, and digital strategy. He co-founded Ember Media in New York, ran the digital agency SiteGoals for over 15 years in Austin, and now leads Trooper, a startup revolutionizing website maintenance for WordPress. With a career spanning collaborations with Marvel, Nickelodeon, HBO, Citibank, and more, Simon brings deep expertise in creative agencies, digital innovation, and building strong industry connections. He also runs The Agency Owner’s Meetup at SXSW, helping agencies grow and adapt in an evolving landscape.

Jackie was born an art nerd and enjoyed a fruitful education in fine arts for over 10 years, including studying print-making, painting, and drawing at The University of Texas at Austin. In 1996, Jackie Sinex was unexpectedly bitten by the emerging Internet and began exploring front-end web development. From her experience as an artist, graphic designer, front-end web and e-commerce developer, she cherishes her ability to speak both creative and tech. As the world wide web grew and changed, her journey allowed her to work with a wide variety of businesses, non-profits, and state and county-funded organizations. Today, she is the managing partner of WEBii, an Austin-based digital agency that specializes in small business and non-profit websites, web application development and e-learning.
