Our events are open to Kingston and Richmond NHS Foundation Trust staff and students associated with the Trust.

The practice development team's aim is to support you to provide evidence-based, high-quality compassionate care to your patients.

We do this by:

Helping you to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours you need to care for your patients and meet NMC Standards

Championing high quality, evidence-based care and addressing areas of poor performance

Supporting you with the emotional impact of your work

Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, where all staff feel empowered to take action to improve care
