Hatters Health Network

The Hatters Health Network (HHN) is a Primary Care Network (PCN) of Practices within the current CCG area of Luton. HHN is the Network made up of Bute House Medical Centre, Leagrave Surgery, Lister House Surgery, Oakley Surgery, Dr Mirza & Partners and Sundon Medical Centre. Our aims are as folllows:

1. To design, commission and monitor cost-effective health care pathways to maximise measurable patient health outcomes.
2. To promote best practice through constructive, evidence based and peer supported education.
3. To involve all stakeholders including practices, patients, specialist providers and the local council authority in our projects.
