Denise is committed, motivated and driven to helping others find their sense of inner calmness and inner joy through Coaching, Yoga and Meditation. She is also qualified in Prenatal Yoga & Post Natal Mum & Baby Yoga. Her style of yoga is gentle and slow with a big emphasis on breath & cultivating self awareness.
