Hi, I’m Abi, a Family Constellation Facilitator, Trainee Psychotherapist, and a qualified Bio Energy Therapist based in Newbridge, Kildare. My passion lies in guiding individuals toward healing by exploring the deep, often hidden, dynamics within their family systems. I believe that many of our emotional, mental, and physical challenges can be traced back to unresolved family issues, and through Family Constellation Therapy, we can begin to heal these wounds and transform our lives.

My approach is deeply holistic. I combine my understanding of psychotherapy with the powerful insights gained from Family Constellations to offer a comprehensive and compassionate healing experience. My personal journey into this field began at a young age when I developed a sensitivity to energy and a curiosity about how it shapes our well-being. Over the years, I’ve trained in various energy healing modalities, including Bio Energy Therapy and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), all of which inform my work today

In addition to workshops, I offer one-on-one sessions where I work with clients to address the root causes of their challenges by tapping into the wisdom of their familysystem and using energy healing techniques to restore balance. My goal is to empower individuals with the tools and understanding they need to continue their healing journey long after the session or workshop has ended.
