I'm Laura Umansky and I am interior designer and founder of Design Dash. Over the past 15 years, I have been happily running my own, award-winning design firm. But it wasn't an easy, linear path to success. I found that other creative entrepreneurs, like myself, were using entirely different ways to market themselves, price their projects, and grow their teams.
