Get ready to dance at the final Youth Lates of 2024 in Nuns Island Theatre, Galway! If you are aged between 16-19 years old , join us on December 13th for an electrifying night of music featuring four rising DJ stars and the renowned Lolz.
About Youth Lates
Galway City Council is partnering with Youth Work Ireland Galway, Galway City Comhairle na nÓg, Music Generation Galway City, and Galway Arts Centre | Nuns Island Theatre to launch Youth Lates, a pilot project running from October to December 2024. This initiative offers young people a safe and engaging space to participate in Galway’s vibrant night-time economy.
What to expect
Lolz (Laura O'Connell), a lynchpin of the Irish electronic music scene, has been mentoring four talented young DJs: Amy Cox, Conor Laffey, Evie O'Connell, and Joseph Kanisz. Now's your chance to witness their skills firsthand as they each take the stage for an unforgettable set.But that's not all! Lolz, known for her versatile sets that blend genres and ignite dancefloors, will close out the night with a performance that's guaranteed to keep you moving.
