Yoga in the Park

Yoga is a beautiful way to move and connect with your body. The class will include breathwork, mindfulness meditation, and asana practice (yoga postures).

Please arrive 5 mins before the class to set up your mat.

If you have any injuries or health matters you’d like to discuss with me prior to the class, please let me know in advance or on the day.

Drop ins welcome. This is a donation based class as I want to provide a class that is accessible to everyone, as well as a welcoming & supportive environment to practice.

Bring: your own mat,

If you do not have your own mat, please let me know. I will have some extra mats available on the day on a first come basis.

Optional: water , any props you like to use, a jumper in case of cooler weather.

In the event of extremely wet weather and the class being cancelled as a result, refunds will be given.
