Yoga and Meditation workshops will be led by experienced practitioners, all of whom have trained in India.

10:30am Open Your Heart YOGA with Sarah O’ Sullivan, a gentle practice to nurture compassion, love, and connection. Through mindful movement, open the portal of your heart, allowing love to flow and creating space for healing and wisdom. Breathe deeply, release judgement, and embrace the beauty within

11:30am Bernadette Cronin has experienced the countless benefits of practicing Hatha Ashtanga yoga all of her adult life. She has completed 500 hours of teacher training with Himalaya Yoga Valley, Goa, and loves to share her practice with others

12:30pm Mahesh Patil, The Art of Living Faculty: Uncover the secrets of ancient breathing and meditation practices. In this workshop, you'll enjoy a guided meditation that takes you into a moment of inner stillness and peace, learn some breathing techniques that you can apply to improve your life immediately and learn the art of relaxation and enjoyment
