YIN YOGA with Eleanor
Yin yoga is a practice of stillness and letting go. With slow, mindful stretches, we work on our deep connective tissue and joints, to release long-held tension and stress from the body.
In this class, you will learn to feel and respond to your body, and tune in to your own needs. I will guide you in meditation with a different theme to focus on for each class.
Benefits include feeling lighter, more grounded and present, more aware of your emotions, and with this time for reflection and presence, you may have deep insights into what is needed in your life.

Eleanor is a nutritional therapist and health coach. Her passion is to empower people to manage their own health, and learn to trust the wisdom of their bodies.
Through her yin yoga classes, people find the shared experience and group energy a powerful step in achieving these goals.
