WE ARE NOW MEETING ON MACCURTAIN STREET IN CORK CITY CENTRE

Join us for an in-person, peer to peer support group specifically for women with ADHD. This is a welcoming and safe space where you can share experiences, challenges, and triumphs, surrounded by others who truly understand what it’s like to live with ADHD. Whether you’ve just been diagnosed, suspect you have ADHD, or have been managing it for years, this group is here to offer support, encouragement, and a sense of community.

Come along to connect with others, exchange practical tips, and gain new insights into living a fulfilling life with ADHD. We’ll explore various topics such as self-care, time management, relationships, and how to navigate daily life with ADHD’s unique challenges.

  • In order for any ADHD Ireland support group or event to proceed, there must be a minimum of two participants present, in addition to the facilitator(s)
  • Further information and specific location will be sent via Eventbrite confirmation email and reminders – Please check your spam
  • Your data will be stored in the ADHD Ireland Eventbrite Account and all communication will be processed via ADHD Ireland's Eventbrite account. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to share only your name and surname with the in-person group facilitator for security purposes. This will allow for safe registration process on the day of the in-person support group.
