To celebrate World Wetlands Day, NPWS guides will set up telescopes right in front of the wetlands of Cooldross Nature Reserve, along the coastal path from Kilcoole to Newcastle. Join us on the following dates:

-Friday 31st January from 1pm to 4pm.
-Saturday 8th February from 11 am to 5pm
-Saturday 15th February from 11 am to 5 pm


Witness the waders and waterfowl that visit Ireland’s wetlands in the winter months, as well as our national bird, the Lapwing!
