A Well-being Vision Boarding Workshop hosted by Women's Colective Ireland (Tallaght) designed to;

- provide an empowering space for women find commonality in their shared experiences

- empower women to prioritise their well-being as individuals and as a collective group within society

- create vision boards for the future they want to see for themselves, setting goals for the year ahead with a visual piece to take home with them

P lease do bring along any magazines or newspapers or imagery you'd like to use on your vision boards but materials will be provided.
