In this 4 hour workshop, we're not just tackling fear, we’re using it as fuel to ignite your inner fire and reclaim your sovereignty.

This is an invitation to break free, shake off any doubt, fear, and the stories that keep you small and hold you back.

Here, we don’t tiptoe around fear...we meet it, move with it, and let it awaken our wild, untamed expression. Through powerful tools and practices, ceremonial cacao, embodied movement, you'll learn that you don’t need to be fearless...you just need to be willing.

Are you ready to set your past on FIRE and UNRAVEL your MAGIC waiting to be released?

Frequently asked questions

Can I attend if I've never done anything like this before?

Absolutely! This space is for everyone, regardless of experience. It's all about tuning into your body's own rhythm and discovering what feels right for you. Just come with an open heart and a willingness to try something new.

Can I attend alone?

Of course! Many women attend solo, arriving as strangers but leaving with sisters. This is a safe space to connect and create new friendships that continue after the event.

What if I feel nervous?

Feeling nervous is completely normal! Especially if you've never done anything like this before. But trust your curiosity, it’s guiding you here for a reason. This is a judgement free zone. Here we hype each other up, so you'll only be met with love, support and encouragement.

What should I wear?

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement.

What should I bring?

An item for the altar, a bottle of water and a curious and open heart.

What is ceremonial cacao?

Ceremonial cacao is pure, unprocessed cacao used in rituals, meditation, and embodiment practices. Unlike commercial chocolate, it retains its natural fats and nutrients, making it a powerful heart-opener and energy booster.

How does cacao support this workshop?

Cacao enhances blood flow, relaxes the nervous system, and activates the heart, making it easier to move, express, and release. It gently softens fear, allowing you to step into your power with more ease.

Can I drink cacao if I have dietary restrictions?

Ceremonial cacao is plant-based and free from dairy, gluten, and refined sugars. If you have heart conditions, are pregnant, or take antidepressants (especially MAOIs or SSRIs), please make me aware of this as cacao can interact with medication.

Will it make me feel high or jittery?

No, cacao is not a psychedelic. It contains theobromine, a mild stimulant that increases circulation and energy without the crash of caffeine. Most people feel a sense of warmth, clarity, and openness.

Do I need to prepare anything before drinking cacao?

For the best experience, avoid caffeine a few hours beforehand and eat a light meal rather than something heavy. Drink water to stay hydrated.

What if I don’t want to drink cacao?

That's no problem! You can still fully participate in the workshop without drinking cacao. You can still set your intention and allow the experience to unfold in a way that feels right for you.

Do I need to be physically fit to participate?

Not at all! The focus is on self-expression and moving in a way that feels good for your body. It’s not about performance, just about tuning into what your body needs in the moment. Please let me know if you have any injuries, I need to be aware of.

Can I take public transport?

Yes! Both the Luas (Green line/ Stillorgan stop) and Dublin bus, serve the area.

What is the refund policy?

I understand life can be unpredictable and plans may change, but out of respect for other possible attendees, I have a 48-hour notice policy for a full refund. If you need to cancel for any reason, please just let me know ASAP and I will happily refund you.

Is there parking?

Parking is available onsite, but please note that spaces are limited. We highly recommend carpooling to make travel easier, more eco-friendly. There is also street parking (paid).
