Hidden corners, lesser known DO's, endemic varieties you never head of along with international ones you didn’t expect to find in Spain.

I’ve decided to put together a set of wines with a lot of character from Black Currant Leaf aromas of Sauvignon Blanc aged in Amphora that could be put next to the best examples of Sancerre and Marlborough to velvety Garnacha Tintorera - one of a few varieties that has deep red coloured flash, hence the name TINTOrera (Inking).

Old Vines and Old Wines of Mencia from Ribeira Sacra and Bierzo, High altitude of dry areas of Albacete and much more.

All wines are BIO, Organically Grown, Sustainable produced from different corners of Spain 🇪🇸 that you might never heard of.

To know the wine, first you need to know the vineyard.

Vinehards close to the forest with all its habitants have particular threads as black birds, partridges and animals like wild boa and bears just love grapes. Rabbits also like grading on young shoots.

Always on a look up for hidden gems and particularly on Atlantic Style wines
