Join Lydia from the Church's Ministry of Healing:Ireland and Julie from the National Bible Society for Ireland as we take a pause in nature.

We invite you to come as you are (well wrapped up!) and spend time in a beautiful space to reconnect to ourselves, each other, the wonder of Creation, our true belonging to God.

Each 90 minute session has settling in practices to support us to slow down and notice what's here, internally and all around us.

And then we spend time in an interactive Bible Study - nourishing mind, body and spirit.
