Tullamore/Kilbeggan TY Ball 2025

Please note the following important information;

The bus collection point on the night will be the Canal Side car park on the Daingean Road in Tullamore AND at Kilbeggan Church - these are the only collection points. Buses will depart for Mullingar from Tullamore at 6.15pm approx. & Kilbeggan at 6.45pm.

Buses will return to the same locations after the event finishes at 11pm with buses expected to arrive at 11.30pm approx.

Please have QR codes ready for scanning.

All attendees will be breathalysed and go through security checks before boarding. Anyone found to have taken alcohol or any illicit substance will be refused entry without refund- there is a ZERO tolerance approach to this. DO NOT RISKING RUINING YOUR NIGHT!

All buses will have security on board for both legs of the journey.

Upon arrival at The Greville Arms Hotel, you will be directed into the venue- there will be no option or opportunity to go anywhere else. Supervision will be in place from the moment you board the bus until return to Tullamore/Kilbeggan at the end of the night.

All other event information is readily available on eventbrite in relation to entertainment, food etc.

Our aim is to provide a fun night for all in a safe and secure manner, your compliance with this is appreciated. Should for any reason you feel unsafe please contact a member of our security or 1st aid team who are there to assist you.

*Should the event not take place on the advertised date due to public health guidelines at the time then we will endeavor to postpone to a suitable alternative date. Should this not be possible then ticket holders will be entitled to a FULL refund.
