A 12-week block of coached swimming with John Edwards, designed to improve your open-water swimming.

Swim Pod: S1 - Friday morning (7:15am) session:

  • You must be able to swim 150m continuously to qualify for this session
  • Max 6 per lane

Schedule:

  • Oct: 4, 11, 18, 25
  • Nov: 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
  • Dec: 6, 13, 20

You must be a current member of Tralee Triathlon Club to participate.
