Connected pranayama is the conscious act of breathing in specific patterns known as conscious connected breathing. The breath helps you to sink into your subconscious mind and allows you to surrender and heal the emotional, physical and spiritual body. It is a beautifully powerful healing modality that can help in all aspects of life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.
The session is a safe space that allows your experience to unfold however it needs to, with my support and guidance along the way.
