Along the way we taste 10 drinks (which you don't have to drink!) that make up the tapestry of the city. The past, present and future is covered and you see an Authentic Cork that isn't in the guidebooks.
There is water, milk, tea, stout, coffee, whiskey and mead all on the menu and it adds up to about 4 units of alcohol over 2 hours.
