Greetings Party People with a Skiing Problem and lovers of the SnoNAD Bunny :-),

I am pleased to announce that the SnoNAD H3 Ski Week will be in the party town of St. Johann in Tirol, 01-08 February. There is a pub near the train station where schnapps comes from the ceiling! Save the date!

WHEN & WHERE:

• Birdbrian has been busy talking to the Fabulous Hotel Bruggwirt, and they are very happy to have us.

• The hotel is in central St. Johann 700 m to train station and 900 m to the main gondola.

• There is an 11 minute train to Kitzbuhl. Both areas are on the same pass.
• This year was a difficult year to lock down hotels. I hear the requests to go to a higher altitude. We are already looking for hotels for 2026, where we will try for a higher altitude.

REGISTRATION:

• Registration will open in June. You will only need to know your birthday and drink choice this year.
• Registration will remain open until November-ish or until all the spaces are full. I will send you updates.

HOW MUCH: 1050€ (inflation sucks): This includes 7 nights with exceptional half pension (bed, breakfast, dinner, spa) in Hotel Bruggwirt, some circle drinks, the occasional schnapps and some small pieces of commemorative haberdashery.

SKI RENTAL & SKI PASS: We are looking into group deals. More on this later. This is not included in your rego fee.

SINGLE OCCUPANCY: It is expensive this year! Four of the singles are 16 m2 and would include a 622€ supplement. The rest are 20 m2 and would include an 853 € supplement. The beds can be separated, so you do not have to share a bed in a double room.

TRIPLE OCCUPANCY: There are some larger rooms. I suspect the price will be less. We will ask the price if there is interest.

DEPOSIT: We will ask for a 300€ deposit by 30 June. The Balance is to be paid in November.

SCHEDULE:

Here is a typical Schedule for Ski Week:

• Breakfasts 07:00ish (TBC)
• Gondolas run 8:30 to 16:00
• Fabulous après ski on slopes or at hotel spa
• Dinners, gather at 19:00ish (TBC)
• Tuesday Afternoon at 16:00ish Hash
• Wednesday or Thursday Afternoon: Chase the Hare on the Ski Hash, followed by schnapps circle in the snow (time, location TBA)
• Pub-crawl??
• Friday Afternoon: Chicken Chase (time, location TBA)
• Circles at hotel: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday

SINCE WE ARE SPENDING A WEEK TOGETHER AND LIMITED SPACE, DO NOT FORWAD THIS MAIL. Just send me the email addresses of anyone who would like to join. So far, we are accepting 65 registrations.

AMBASSADORS: The hotel bill is a lot, so I would appreciate if some money savvy, trustworthy people could step up, collect money from other hashers and transfer this money to the hotel. There will be some incentive (probably of the liquid type) for these valued hashers. You can indicate this on your registration form.

CANCELLATION:

• Deposit of 300 € can be refunded until 01 November, 2024.
• After the second payment in November, you are committed.
• Rego transfer is possible, upon SnoNAD Mismanagement Approval. (This is not for exclusivity, only pragmatism.)
