On Saturday June 14th Cork City based singer-songwriter Hank Wedel returns to Dun Laoghaire for the first time since the last "Galloping Hogans" show in early 2020 to perform a showcase concert at "Walters" with his New Electric Rock'n'Roll Band.
The show will highlight his 40 years of live performance and recording, including songs from his 2024 album"What Happens In Cork"(produced by Declan Sinnott)and also a song entitled "Listen"(once covered by Christy Moore) as well as a song entitled "Speak to Me" -recorded and released by his Cork City band "Princes Street"in the late 1980's, due for an online release on May 28th
