The Cookbook Club event on the 24th of November will have a fully plant-based menu based on dishes from
WASTED by Conor Spacey
Wasted is a capsule collection of mouth-watering recipes that have come from identifying some of the most wasted food items in our homes.
The menu will be carefully crafted by Conor Spacey for the event at the Irish Museum of Modern Art in Dublin. Expect mouth-watering dishes and plenty of interesting chats with our host and Chef Spacey about how to stop wasting food and turn perfectly good ingredients into delicious dishes. And the key word here is delicious. This event will not only inspire you to think differently about ingredients and waste but will celebrate the vibrant flavours of plant-based recipes. Perfect for any veggie lovers or anyone who wants to get the most out of their weekly shop, perfectly timed right before the busy christmas season.
Guests will receive a signed copy of WASTED to bring home with them to try out the recipes for themselves.
Throughout the event we will be sharing memories, cooking tips, as well as stories about the journey of making WASTED with Chef Spacey.
