The Black Star Band are a Dublin based David Bowie Tribute Band, debuting in Toales with a two hour show that features "The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars" album in full and a full set of David Bowies Greatest Hits spanning over 50 years of this iconic artist's catalogue from Space Oddity right up to The Black Star Album.Formed in 2023, the band have based their sound very much on The Spiders From Mars, taking a high energy and stripped back approach to the music, which works to great effect on songs such as Lazarus and I'm Afraid Of Americans.
