Join us at St Joseph of Cluny Secondary School to learn about the reality and impact of life online for your teens at the moment. Happening very soon Wednesday 30th of April at 7:30 pm IN PERSON. Don't miss out register NOW! ​This thought provoking discussion is led by an expert Eoghan Cleary (Gen-Free: Free to Be Kids). ​What to Expect: - Eoghan Cleary is a Teacher and Assistant Principal at Temple Carrig School, Co-Founder of Gen Free: Free to Be Kids, Board member of the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre and member of the government’s Online Health Task Force. ​(See more info: http://genfree.ie) ​Will discuss the impact of smartphones on your child's personal, social and sexual development and talk about the latest research around this. ​Will focus on what you can do as a parent, what conversations you should be having, what boundaries you should have in place and how we can encourage young people to critically engage with the content they are seeing online. ​This is an ADULT only event. It is a private event organised by St Joseph of Cluny/parents for parents and guardians of Cluny and other primary and secondary local schools.
