We are delighted to offer Tai Chi this term with a consummate professional Ms. Nicole Mills who completed Tai Chi Instructor Training with Master John Ding in London and Germany.

Tai chi is a Chinese art known for its slow, soft and flowing movement. Tai Chi practice is a form of gentle exercise and moving meditation, with benefits to mental and physical health.

In these classes learn a simple vocabulary of movements, and each class teaches a new pocket of movement. Tai Chi Chuan can help dissolve many physical problems, especially those caused by modern day stress and tension. Regular practice can increase flexibility and strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Enjoy, relax, breathe, and de-stress. SO good. Must be 18+. Photo by Lucy Dawson

The studio will open 10 minutes before the class.
