Booking Confirmation & Policies
To secure your booking, the purchase of at least one drink bundle is required. Each drink bundle includes admission for up to 10 guests. For groups of 11 or more, additional drink bundles must be purchased.
Terms & Conditions
- Your table will be held for 15 minutes to ensure timely arrival.
- Standard entry policies apply at all times.
- Strictly 21+ – Guests under this age will not be permitted entry.
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry.
- A minimum of 4 seats is required per booking, with a base table setup.
- Tables are removed at midnight to accommodate the dance floor.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- No refunds will be issued for non-arrival.
- Copper Face Jacks is not responsible for any lost or stolen items left unattended at your table.
- Arriving early may result in a better table location.
- Bottle service ends at 11.30 PM.
- By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms & conditions.
