We are SO excited to extend an invitation to our Tabhair Aire community for this event, taking place in IMMA (Irish Museum of Modern Art) in the beautiful, historic Great Hall. While IMMA members had priority booking, tickets are now open to our wider community!

This experience will rejuvenate and inspire your mind, body, and spirit, featuring:

Do I need Irish?

No you do not need Irish, just an open heart & mind! This event will be facilitated in English with a sprinkle of Irish and the aim to encourage and inspire us through ceol & ciorcal comhrá.

Is there parking?

There is paid street parking around the area, however give yourself enough time to find parking.

Do I need to practice yoga regularly to attend?

No, you do not have to have a regular yoga practice to attend. It will be suitable for all levels.

What do I need to bring / wear?

Your yoga mat, comfy clothes, a keep cup.

Can I come alone?

Yes!!! A lot of people come alone. Don’t let coming alone stop you. It often makes the experience even better. Tabhair Aire is a warm and welcoming space for everyone.

Organized by

Naoise is a 500hr certified yoga teacher with a strong passion for intuitive movement, the Irish language and helping people feel free from limitations, through the magic of Yoga. She combines knowledge from a 4 year degree, in Sport Science and Health, with her teachings, to help people explore their own edge safely through asana flow. Naoise teaches from the heart. Her philosophy is that yoga is not about the pursuit of perfection or achieving that ‘perfect pose’, but an inward journey of self-discovery, transformation and embracing authenticity.
