Join us this February Bank Holiday Monday for an affordable treat in honour of the mid-point between Solstice and Equinox, Imbolc, St Bridgid, and Springtime.

Spring Awakening Yoga & Meditation with Kellymarie Yoga. Welcome the first stirrings of spring with an invigorating yoga and meditation class inspired by the season of rebirth, renewal and the energy of Spring.

Imbolc and St. Brigid’s Day, honour the light returning to the land. Let us gather in community to awaken our minds, bodies, and spirits with a yoga practice centered on intention, inner clarity, and invigoration.

Through gentle flow sequences, grounding poses, relaxation, and meditation; we will connect with this new, incoming season and the return of light. Whether you’re seeking to recharge your energy or set intentions for the season ahead, this class is your opportunity to align with the rhythms of nature and to cultivate a little peace within.

All are welcome - no matter your experience level - and modifications for postures will be offered.
