This training is hosted by the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) and their Regional County Mentors for the 680+ Sustainable Energy Communities (SECs) nationally and their local community network.
The aim of the SEC Winter Workshop series is to build capacity, and support Sustainable Energy Communities and their community network, with the knowledge and skills to:
- manage their energy at home and in their community,
- develop homeowner and community energy literacy,
- support each other in keeping well and warm this winter.
This is the first workshop in a ten part series on energy awareness and efficiency. From this workshop participants will be able to:
- Read your meter effectively
- Understand your bill
- Assess rates and switch supplier
