Sunday Morning Yoga Flow at the Bandstand. Join Cathy Healy for our Signature Sunday Morning Yoga Practice. Together, we come to practice Breath & Movement whilst looking out on the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Bring a Yoga Mat & a Small Blanket or Towel. Please dress for the weather. Practice begins at 9.15am Sharp. Donation Based. All Levels Welcome.
