This event includes two classes (40 minutes each) with two different instructors. After the class a delicous breakfast buffet will be included along with coffee or tea. Please bring your own yoga mat and BABY!!
Juilanne Meade, from Barbells & Babies, will run the postnatal exercise class. This class will provide a deep core and connection session, re-establising core training for new mothers, core stability and balance, somatic style training to engage and work the abdominal muscles and finishing off with full body exercises that will improve functional strength and bodyweight exercises for functional movement.
Orla Shanaghy, from baby massage with Orla, is a public health nurse and will conduct a class focusing on the 4th trimester. This will include baby massage, baby yoga, and her new mother and baby wellness course, which is designed to help new parents connect with their baby and how important it is for the mental health of the parents.
