Join me on March 20th from 6.30pm-8.30pm for my Spring Equinox Sound Bath Experience


Join me for a transformative Sound Healing and Breathwork experience using the vibrations and tones of Crystal Alchemy bowls. This special event, held on the evening of the Spring Equinox, when day and night are of equal length, symbolising balance and harmony—perfect for aligning your energy and setting new intentions.

I am a Reiki Master and during this session, I will use Reiki to clear and unblock energy, helping you release what no longer serves you and embrace the fresh, vibrant energy of spring. The soothing vibrations of the Crystal Alchemy bowls, combined with guided breathwork, will help you connect deeply with your inner self, your intentions and balance your energy levels.


What to Expect


  • Crystal Alchemy Bowls: Experience the healing vibrations and frequencies of the crystal alchemy bowls, which will help you relax and open your mind to new possibilities.
  • Journaling: Bring your journal to write reflections on the past year and set clear intentions for the season ahead.
  • Guided Meditation: A guided meditation will lead you through the process of releasing old patterns and tension being held in the body and embracing new beginnings.
  • Reiki-Infused Healing: Enjoy the added benefits of Reiki energy, infused into the sound bath to promote deeper healing and balance.

Around March 20th, the astrological new year begins with Aries season, a time of new beginnings, courage, and dynamic energy. This fiery energy can help you take bold steps towards your goals and manifest your desires.
