The Triathlon Ireland Social Hub is designed for budding triathletes or those interested in giving some of the triathlon disciplines a go. These sessions are also ideal for Triathlon Ireland members who are not involved with a club.
Where:
The group will meet at South Lake Leisure Centre on the 7th April from 11:30am -1:30pm.
What to expect:
This session is coached by Diane Cordner who will meet you on arrival in the cafe and will be happy to answer any questions.
There are two parts to each session - this includes cycling on a bike outdoors and a pool swim. The sessions will be tailored for the group and you don't have to take part in all sessions just see how you feel!

Who are these sessions for:
Any Triathlon Ireland member aged 18+
These sessions are open to everyone and all ability levels are welcome - please come along and try as much as you can -there is no expectation that you complete any specific time or distance, just come and try.
You must hold a Triathlon Ireland Club Training Membership or Full Membership to take part in these sessions. This is available here: Membership
What do you need:
Bike and Helmet - Will be provided (bring your own if you have one)
Swim- swimsuit, swim hat and goggles
