Arrival from 4pm to 5:30pm
6pm – Opening / Welcome Ceremony & Intention
7pm – Evening meal
8:30pm – Unplug. Gentle bedtime stretch & wind-down
Saturday
7am - Morning silence practice | Gratitude journaling & Meditation.
8am – Light breakfast.
10am to 12pm - Dynamic Yoga & Breathwork
12pm – Free time
1pm – Healthy Lunch.
2pm – Rest & digest, explore nature, free time
5:30pm -Yin Yoga
7pm – Evening meal
8:30pm – Fire pit & flame gazing (weather permitting)
9:30pm – retreat to bed for a good night’s sleep
