Slán Solas for Dog Trust!

📌 WHAT IS SLÁN SOLAS?

Slán = goodbye, solas = light/brightness in Irish. Our mission is to nurture a mindful community in Dublin. We'll gather in the embrace of nature to witness the sun going down during a breathwork session carefully designed to reset your nervous system. We are setting up against the stunning backdrop of Dublin's Bay, at the top Killiney Hill, at the Witch's Hat.

This December, we’ll have a very special session with Holly Carpenter joining us to raise awareness about the issue of dogs being bought during Christmas and then abandoned

This event is donation-based, and we’ll be sharing the donations with various charities throughout the winter. For this session, we’re supporting Dogs Trust and their incredible work helping dogs in need.

Joining Allan for a Sunset Breathwork Session on December 7th we team with Ellen Sleator and Adam Garret for our music showcase.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING?

All you need is something comfy to sit on and extra layers to keep you warm, consider a hot water bottle even : )

Allan will also lead a short movement session; while a yoga mat would be handy, it's not necessary. Feel free to bring your favorite snacks and beverages for a lovely communal picnic before or after the breathwork session.
