Whether you're visiting our fabulous seaside town or are a local you are welcome to join this weekly community yoga practice. *Outdoors as much as possible from May -Sept between Tramore Beach by the bright yellow lifeguard hut at low tide days, Newtown Cove Picnic Area when tide is high and Tra Beo Yoga Studio when weather is not so favourable... a gdnyle morning glow, followed by optional sea fip & brekkie snd chats optional after.
