Is this event suitable for pregnant women?

If you have a regular yoga practice and you are over 14 weeks pregnant then potentially yes, but please consult with your GP first in relation to sauna usage before booking. Please contact Maeve 087-3679132 to discuss any queries or concerns relating to yoga.

How far is the sauna from the community centre?

About 10 mins walk or you can drive from the centre to the beach carpark and then it's just 5 minutes walk along the shore path to the sauna.
