No prior experience is necessary, just come with an open heart, and a willingness to nurture yourself.
This class is safe for pregnant women.
Classes will take place in 7 Carysfort Ave, Blackrock, A94 K6Y5. Make sure to type the eircode to find the place. Once you find the place we are in a brown building, there is a phone shop next to us. Find the buzzer and buzz "Ellen" - I will then let you in and I will be all the way up on the 3rd floor.
