RELAX THE PACKS - FOREST BATHE WITH YOUR DOG

Hello! The splan is simple. We meet in the carpark, take a short walk to a comfy spot in the woods and relax there for an hour or so with our dogs, taking in the calming athmosphere of the forest. No big hike. No far away destination. Chat, don't chat, have a nap if you like! while the dogs chew on a stick, snoop around or snuggle or play with a new pal they meet. Join me for a breathing exercise if you like :)
NB - You may want to get there ealier and give your dog a run or something to get a bit of energy out, but whatever happens happens! It'll work itself out. Any questions text me on 0860311893.
