Sunday mornings are made for pause and reflection!
In this event we will practice mindfulness, journal and reflect together.
A mindfulness exercise, to start, will help us get present.
Creative prompts will be provided for your journalling or you might be drawn to follow your own stream of curiosity.
There will then be an opportunity to reflect on your writing with one or more of the group.
Come join us. You can expect to experience a peaceful, supportive and welcoming oasis. Unwind, reflect and connect and enjoy a rejuvenating start to your Sunday.
Some additional notes:
You will need to have pen and paper ready (and colours, if you prefer).
To support event security, the waiting room will be closed very shortly after the start time and participants will be asked to keep their cameras on.
