These classes are a gorgeous, gentle and safe way for you to move your body, connect to your baby and prepare for labour.

Birth doesn’t have to be painful or traumatic, From personal experience, with the right tools - It can be a transformative, liberating, powerful, empowering birth for you and your baby.

You don’t just birth a baby - you give birth to a new version of yourself too.

These classes are a gorgeous way to help you prepare for that.

No previous yoga experience needed.

You don’t need a mat but can bring one if you like. Come comfortable. Bring your favourite blanket/throw for Yoga Nidra.

Frequently asked questions

When is it best to join?

These classes are recommended from 12 weeks right up to birth. If you are unsure if yoga is suitable for you in your pregnancy you could get clearance from your doctor. If you already had a practice prior to pregnancy and have kept it up you could join in sooner as long as you are feeling good.

I’ve no experience and I am nervous what do you suggest?

Pregnancy brings with it a mix of emotions, it is ok to feel nervous. My advice would be to come and do a class see how you feel. They are gentle & supportive designed for expectant moms so you’ll be well looked after. You are always encouraged to listen to your body.

As a busy mother of 3 young kids, Denise knows the importance of taking the time to slow down, to allow for some self-care and self-love. Denise is committed, motivated and driven to helping others find their sense of inner calmness and inner joy through Coaching, Yoga and Meditation. She is also qualified in Prenatal Yoga & Post Natal Mum & Baby Yoga. Her style of yoga is gentle and slow with a big emphasis on breath & cultivating self awareness.
