How many weeks is it suitable for?

Pregnancy Yoga is recommended from 12 weeks all the way up to birth.

What if I miss a week?

Don’t worry! It happens. I’ll send you an audio meditation & a pre recorded pregnancy yoga class so you’ll have for the duration of the 6 weeks together.

I’m nervous. I’ve never done yoga - Will I be able for it?

Yes. It’s very gentle. You are always encouraged to go at your own pace. Meet yourself where you are. I give modifications. Our main goal in pregnancy yoga is to create space in mind & body & to cultivate awareness & connection.

My pregnancy comes with challenges and I am unsure if it’s suitable for me?

If you are unsure if yoga is suitable for you in your pregnancy you can always get the all clear from your doctor before signing up. These classes are gentle & you are always encouraged to listen to your own body and needs at each class.
