Deepening Mindfulness, Clarity and Ease in an Uncertain World

Mindfulness Ireland are delighted to share this rare opportunity to be part of an evening of mindfulness, facilitated by Plum Village monastics in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. This is an opportunity to experience practices and teachings in an informal and relaxed setting.

About the Evening:

As Tháy has taught the qualities of mindfulness, clarity, ease are already within us, already present in our store consciousness. This evening event is an invitation to unearth and cultivate these wholesome seeds in the midst of the uncertain and divisive times we are living in. Together we will deepen our practice of mindfulness so that we can bring more clarity and ease into our heart and the collective heart.

Inspirational teachings will be offered by Plum Village monastic sisters and brothers. The evening will also offer opportunities for sitting meditation and other mindfulness practices of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.

This evening is open to everyone from absolute beginners to experienced practitioners.
