Nice parking is available free of charge in front of the community centre.

Wear any comfy clothes. For example, leggings or shorts and a t-shirt or sports top. If you need to change your clothes, the facilities are available just next to the hall. You want to arrive 5 minutes earlier if you need to change. And don’t worry if you late - just join in and go with the flow.

Drinking water from the well is available from the Tap at the community centre. You can bring your own bottle of water if you prefer.

You can bring a mat if you prefer. Don’t worry if you don’t - I will have a mat for you. Please Book your spot in advance, so that I know how many spare mats I need to have.

You don’t need a locker we will keep all bags at the nice special place in the hall.

I have nice relaxing music to play for you during the class. If you have specific music preferences, please let me know, so that I could amend it for the next class.
