Paul Linehan has been singing professionally for the last thirty years, and this concert tells his musical journey through a variety of genres and music styles. Joined by his long-time friends Siobhan Keogh (piano) and Seán O’ Keeffe (bass/ guitar), the evening promises a wide range of popular songs, from hits from the musicals, classical opera favourites, Irish gems and sing-a-long medleys. It will also showcase some of Paul’s own compositions from his musical “Annie Moore- First Immigrant” and his recent work “A Song -Cycle of Historic Sites”. In the beautiful, intimate venue of Croí Anú, as part of the “Yellow Stool Gigs” series, Paul will perform the songs that have been an integral part of his musical life, and share some of the stories behind them.
A great evening’s music guaranteed!
