Join Pat Divilly for the Belfast launch of 'Shadow Work: A practical guide to embracing your shadow side, tackling shame and transforming pain into power'. Pat will be in conversation with Ciaran May, founder of Natural Resilience and expert in human behaviour and perfomance.

During this in-person event Pat will demonstrate the transformative power of integrating shadow work with practical tools for self-awareness and healing by exploring how shadow shows up in our relationships, revealing the unconscious patterns that keep us stuck.

This in-person event will include a short guided breathwork practice, offering participants a chance to connect more deeply with their inner selves. Pat will share insights into using breathwork as a gateway to emotional release and empowerment, making this an experiential evening of self-discovery.
