Here at OnTheRun, running is defintely our favourite form of exercise. However, we do understand that running is hard on the body and high impact. That's why it's important that you have tools to bring your body out of the stress response that running naturally puts it in and into a state of calm. That's why we've teamed up with Emily at BuíWithin to show you a range of breathing exercises that activate the parasympathetic branch of your nervous system and brings you back to balance. We will also have overnight oats on the night kindly supplied by the team at Well Fed.
Join us for an evening of gentle somatic movement and breathing exercises, followed by a relaxing meditation to unwind and recharge your body, ending with Well Fed overnight oats. This class is beginner friendly, you don't have to have done breathwork before! We can't wait to see you there!
