Join us for our November Business Breakfast as we welcome Gavin O'Loughlin,Vice President of Technology and Consumer Services with IDA Ireland to discuss the rapidly strengthening cultural and economic ties between Ireland and Canada.

IDA Ireland is the Irish state agency responsible for the attraction and retention of foreign direct investment into Ireland.

Gavin O'Loughlin

Gavin O’Loughlin is Vice President of Technology and Consumer Services with IDA Ireland, based in Seattle, Washington. Formally trained in pharmacology, Gavin worked for ICON Clinical Research in Dublin before joining IDA’s Life Sciences team in 2015. In 2018 he was tasked with identifying new industries for FDI investment focusing on opportunities in renewable energy. In 2021 Gavin moved to Seattle to establish IDA’s first presence in the Pacific Northwest.
