Nollaig na mBan

Join us for a night of fun, laughter, and good company. This event is all about celebrating women and the end of the holiday season... a night to kick back and enjoy music and spoken word.

Little Gem: 3 Monologues with Suzanne Healy (Skerries Theatre Group)

Little Gem, by Dubliner Elaine Murphy, was first produced in the Dublin Fringe Festival in 2008. The play is a series of monologues from Gran(Kay), Ma (Lorraine) and daughter (Amber). It is about love and loss in a contemporary world.

It is by times funny, poignant, warm, sad and a bit irreverent!

Music by The Wednesday Ukulele Gang

The Wednesday Ukulele Gang are a lively group of fun loving ukulele players....celebrating the simple happiness of music and togetherness.

Spoken Word with Mystique

Eppnoggia (stage name Mystique) is an Intersectional feminist, scholar, published author, poet and human rights and mental health activist. Their work speaks to various social ills, with focus on religion, gender, sexual orientation and sometimes politics. Their writings are meant to push people and spark conversations on topics that are usually silenced in mainstream media. Eppnoggia believes writing and spoken word provide much needed platforms for people to express themselves and talk about issues close to their heart.

Organised by

Skerries Seabhean are a group of women led and facilitated by Patricia Langton, author of Stones in my Bones.

They meet to celebrate the eight festivals in the Celtic Wheel through story, chanting, movement and ritual.

They are supported by Fingal County Council.
